- A solution is provided when a licensed full version of software normally works, but not fully.
- You can contact our support team if the purchased software does not perform the promised operations. After we have examined and analyzed all problems with our technical expertise, you will receive a solution. If the problem is not resolved, we will refund you the money you invested in the purchase, as well as the amount that is only resolved according to the problem and task solved by the software.
Following conditions must be true for refund
- If Client has the ability to perform operation as indicated by the demo version but in Full Version that functionality does not exist.
- If the DOTSTELLA Support Team fails to help the client in resolving the issue.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for
- Communication or download delays.
- Incorrect transfer or lost email.
- The Mail is marked as spam by the mail server or by the mail client application used by the client
- Sudden unexpected delay
- Delay due to ruthless problems.
- If, for any reason, a download or activation email is returned from the sender or recipient's mail server.
- After purchasing and completing the process, the software requirements are gone.
- The software has been mishandled and is ready to be removed from the system.
- If you buy the wrong product.
